Dr. Iffet Sultana conducts Art Therapy Session at B.Braun

KARACHI: Dr. Iffet Sultana along with her artist daughter Syeda Alishba Amin-ud-Din, conducted an art therapy session to celebrate Mental health awareness month-(May 2023) at B. Braun Pakistan here on Friday (27th of May, 2023).

It was a very interactive session with employees of B.Braun.

She highlighted the importance of mental health and discussed stress management.

After the activity of Art therapy was conducted, all members of B.Braun keenly participated in this therapeutic art activity.

This session was arranged by Ms. Anasa Abdullah, Corporate Communication Executive at B.Braun, who held:

“Art therapy uses the creative process of making art as a safe way to represent your inner experiences, develop awareness and support personal change.

“Along with creating art, the art therapist may use relaxation and visualization techniques and guided imagery, in the therapy session.”
