Dua Mangi Kidnapping Case: Two arrested

KARACHI: Police has arrested two accused involved in the kidnapping of Dua Mangi from DHA.

The police chief Additional Inspector General Ghulam Nabi Memon has informed that two alleged kidnappers (Zohaib Qureshi, son of Mumtaz Qureshi, and Muzaffar, alias Muzzi, son of Rafiq Hussain) of Dua Mangi had been arrested and weapons used in the kidnapping had also been recovered from them.

City Police chief informed that the ringleader Agha Mansoor, an ASI of police, had been sacked and his accomplices Shakeel and Kamran, alias Kami were still at large.  Mansoor had also provided his accomplices with SIM cards and other relevant assistance.

Police chief stated that the suspects had confessed that the plan to kidnap Bisma and Dua had been made by Mansoor, who had also rented a flat in Clifton Block-2, where both the abducted girls were kept until their release following payment of ransoms.
