Employees’ demands would be met soon: Secretary TDAP

KARACHI: Secretary Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Rabiya Javeri Agha has chaired a meeting here on Monday during which she was briefed about the problems being faced by TDAP’s scale 1-16 employees.

Grasping at the opportunity the scale 1-16 workers told the Secretary about their aspirations and grievances that included long-awaited 7.5% increase in salaries, chance to participate in foreign expositions, promotions and scholarships etc.

Rabiya Javeri Agha, while assuring the employees that their demands would be met soon, instructed formation of a committee under the leadership of Director General Human Resources. This committee will endeavor to immediately solve their problems. Two members of the staff will also be part of the said committee.
