All in the Family: Marium Nawaz to replace her husband as PML-N Chief!

LAHORE: Sources privy to Newspakistan.tv have insinuated that Kulsoom Nawaz (MNA) is all set to become the PML-N chief after disqualification of her husband.

According to details this was decided in a huddle at Punjab House here. Participants pondered over the state of affairs following SC judgment that barred Nawaz from heading the Party.

Readers may recall, while Kulsoom Nawaz was undergoing treatment in London for throat cancer, her daughter led campaign to get mom elected from the constituency left vacant by dad (the ousted prime minister).  

It is interesting to observe that during the Punjab House huddle Nawaz only spoke for ten minutes. Moreover, none of the top brass of PML-N named Shahbaz Sharif for the top slot.
