Reacting to Canadian Phil Lo Greco’s pointing to his family issues at a pre-fight promotional event here on Tuesday (30th of January), Amir Khan threw water at him causing a skirmish on-stage.

While referring to a tweet Khan sent to Anthony Joshua (in August 2017 concerning to his own marriage and Khan later apologized to the British heavyweight for sending it) Lo Greco said: “After the Canelo loss you went on a losing streak – family, wife, and then you go out and tweet to the heavyweight champion of the world. What is wrong with you, mate?”

Khan said that his opponent’s behavior would serve as motivation to give that guy a beating. The 31-year-old British, former world champion,  is scheduled to clash with 33-year-old former WBC International Welterweight Champion Phil Le Creco on 21st April in Liverpool.
