Fin. Minister Ishaq Dar talks to parliamentary leaders apropos revival of Military Courts

ISLAMABAD: While talking to the parliamentary leaders over the phone yesterday Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has pointed towards upsurge of terrorist attacks in the last week and said that a prompt decision was needed apropos revival of military courts.

He asked Ayaz Sadiq Speaker National Assembly to see that meeting of parliamentary committee on the topic is convened shortly.

Minister opined that a quick decision was imperative in order to contain terrorism.

According to sources privy to NewsPakistan.TV PPP(P)’s Syed Naveed Qamar,  PTI’s Shah Mehmood Qureshi,  JUI (F)’s Maulana Fazlur Rahman and Maulana Ataur Rahman were among the many parliamentarians he had called.
