JHANG: Deputy Commissioner Hafiz Shokat Ali has directed the officers concerned to prepare a foolproof plan for the transportation of polling staff and election material.

He was addressing a meeting to review election arrangements here today. Additional Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Zahid Akhtar, District Monitoring Officer Muhammad Asif Iqbal, Assistant Commissioners of all 4 Tehsils, monitoring officers and officers of other departments were also present.

District Monitoring Officer Muhammad Asif Iqbal briefed about the administrative and security arrangements for the polling day.
