Former French President to visit India on Wednesday




NEW DELHI: Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy is likely to visit India on Wednesday, sources said Tuesday.

According to sources, Sarkozy will meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital.

“Sarkozy is also expected to hold talks with External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh,” the sources said.

During his visit, the former president of France will also hold an interactive session with business representatives at a day-long conference organized by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
