ISLAMABAD: H. E. Monsieur Nicolas Galey, the Ambassador of France posted in Pakistan, pondered over the investment opportunities in key sectors during a rendezvous with caretaker Federal Minister Shahid Ashraf Tarar here on Monday (23rd of October, 2023).
The duo discussed issues of mutual interest, particularly focusing on investment opportunities in key sectors.
H. E. Galey expressed confidence in the Pakistani market and pledged to attract more French investment.
Three specific investment opportunities were discussed:
1) A new railway line from Kohat to Kharlachi to connect with Afghanistan;
2) The Sukkur-Hyderabad motorway M-6, and
3) The expansion of the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation.
