Full court hearing of CM election case demanded

ISLAMABAD: The incumbent coalition government, in a joint declaration, has demanded a full court hearing of the case apropos election of Punjab Chief Minister. 

According to details the component parties of PDM had decided to file a writ petition in the SC for the formation of a full court bench in this regard.

Speaking at a Presser PDM Chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman held that few people during their jobs side with certain parties using the institutions. He said that if anyone wanted to be partisan that person should leave the job and enter the field of politics. He said that only the ruling given by a full court bench would be acceptable.

The component parties of PDM will plead to the SCP for simultaneous hearing of Punjab Chief Minister’s petition, revised petition of the SCBA and other related petitions. Meanwhile, PML-Q Chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain reached Islamabad where he will be appearing before SCP on Monday (25th of July, 2022) along with representatives all the component parities of PDM.

On Sunday (24th of July, 2022) evening Governor of Punjab Baligh-ur-Rehman administered the oath to 41 member Provincial Cabinet that harbors ministers as well as advisors who belong to the component parties of PDM.
