G M Jamali reelected PFUJ President

LAHORE: According to the Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (PFUJ) election results announced here on Saturday (12th of Feb) for the year 2022-24, while G M Jamali retaining the top slot will serve as President for two more years, Rana Muhammad Azeem was also re-elected and will continue to serve as Secretary General.

According to details GM Jamali received 170 votes while Rana Muhammad Azeem received 169 votes. Jameel Mirza has been reelected as Treasurer and  Ehtesham-ul-Haq was re-elected as Secretary of Information. Fifty members of the Federal Executive Council were elected unopposed by the members who converged here from all over Pakistan.
