German Jazz Quartet C.A.R

KARACHI: Venue was National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA)’s Zia Mohyeddin Theater in the majestic Hindu Gymkhana where German Jazz Quartet C.A.R mesmerized the music aficionados who converged there from all over the Metropolis.

The concert was organized jointly by Goethe Institut and diplomatic mission here as part of German Cultural Weeks!

During the performance the quarter also experimented amalgamating techno, metal and rock with Sitar (played by Nafees Ahmed) and Table (played by Waqas).

The Quarter – that presented a number of their original compositions – comprised of Kenn Hartwig (effects/double bass), Johannes Klingebiel (drums), Christian Lorenzen (synthesizer/stage piano) and Leonhard Huhn (effects/saxophone).
