However, health experts here have suggested that if you are suffering from canker sores, then you should stay away from zesty foodstuffs or acidic fruits, which can exasperate the mouth.
In addition, brushing and flossing following the meals could wipe out all the food particles stuck between your teeth and keep you off from this dilemma.
Do not use any toothpastes or mouth washes that consist of sodium lauryl sulfate, a chemical that can be insensitive on soft tissue, triggering cankers.
