KARACHI: Sindh Governor Imran Ismail said today that he would work together with all stakeholders and political parties of Sindh.
He stated this during a visit to the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, here on Tuesday. The Governor offered Fateha and wrote his expressions in the visitors’ book, said a statement issued here.
He said that New Pakistan’s vision is in effect the vision of Quaid-e-Azam. Prime Minister Imran Khan has embarked on nation-building in line with Quaid-e-Azam’s vision, he added.
Imran Ismail said he would serve the people of the province with honesty and dedication, adding that he would work together with all the stakeholders and political parties of the province. He further said input of the political parties which are not in assemblies would also be taken.
The Governor said the resolution of water problems of Karachi is the top priority, adding that he has talked to the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister for this purpose. He said a water supply project would soon be initiated in the metropolis. He further said the pace of work on Green Line and other mega projects would be expedited.

Imran Ismail, sworn in as Sindh Governor Monday evening, has assured to accord top priority to the public welfare of the people in the province and strengthen their confidence on democracy.
