ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said the government is investing in energy projects to provide cheap electricity to the industries.

Addressing a meeting in Islamabad, PM said completion of energy projects will give a boost to the national economy and lead to the generation of employment opportunities.

“Government has invested billions of dollars in the energy projects,” said Nawaz, adding that cheap electricity will be made available by the end of his term.

Prime Minister also reviewed the progress on power projects in the meeting.
