Govt talking effective measures to promote soft power: Aziz




ISLAMABAD: Adviser to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz has said the government is taking effective measures to promote soft power.

This, he said while addressing a seminar of Pakistan’s Soft Power in Islamabad on Friday.

Speaking on the occasion, Aziz said the government has promoted various programmes including festivals, music, and cultural events to highlight soft activities in the country.

Aziz stressed the need for building a soft image of Pakistan and said that it is the shared responsibility of the Government and civil society to ensure implementation of soft power of Pakistan.
