ISLAMABAD: CJ of IHC Justice Aamer Farooq on Monday (7th of March, 2023) has suspended the non-bailable arrest warrant issued by an additional district and sessions court here against Imran Khan till 13th day of March, 2023.
PTI’s Ch Fawad has stated that Imran Khan would appear before the sessions court on 13th of March, 2023.
It may be recalled that Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal had issued non-bailable arrest warrant against Imran Khan in the Toshakhana Case here on Tuesday (28th of Feb 2023) as the accused persistently failed to appear before the court.
