ISLAMABAD: An Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) today adjourned hearing of former leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Imran Farooq’s murder case.
ATC judge Shah Rukh Arjmand conducted the hearing of the case where the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) team submitted evidence received from the United Kingdom regarding MQM leader’s murder case.
However, the court returned the file to FIA by terming it incomplete.
On January 30, the Islamabad High Court had rejected the plea of the FIA for stopping the trial in the murder case of Dr. Imran Farooq and directed the investigation agency to approach the ATC.
