LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Najam Sethi has said that he will welcome cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan if will attend the last match of the Independence Cup at Gaddafi Stadium.

“We tendered an invitation to the PTI chief because he is a former cricketer. Cricket is cricket and politics should have no place here. If he will come for cricket, we all will bow before him,” Sethi said during an interview.

International players arrived in Lahore on Monday to play a three-match series against Pakistan.
