JUI-F expels Sherani for calling Fazl a selected

LAHORE: JUI-F,  reacting to the current controversial statements by a number of party members including Mualana Muhammad Khan Sherani, has expelled them today.

Noting that they called Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman ‘selected’,  Maulana Sherani, Hafiz Hussain Ahmed, Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan, and Maulana Shuja-ul-Mulk have been expelled from the party.

Noting that they had been publicly calling Maulana ‘selected’,  JUI-F’s working committee unanimously decided  to kick them out of the Party on the recommendations of the disciplinary committee.

Cynics, noting that JUI-F had been operating a large number of Madrassas for years, wonder why the question about the source of his income is being asked now after commencement of anti-govt. movement.
