Kashmir Issue: Pakistan to move International Court of Justice!

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi stated here today that, after considering all legal aspects regarding GoI’s stripping Kashmir of 70-year-old special autonomy by means of a presidential order, government of Pakistan has decided to take Kashmir case to the International Court of Justice.

It is pertinent to mention here that an indefinite curfew has been imposed on the Indian Occupied Kashmir two weeks ago depriving the populace of food, medical facilities etc. Elected leaders have also been put under house arrest.
