Kohlu explosion claims lives of Pak soldiers

KOHLU (Balochistan): Major Jawad and Captain Sagheer embraced martyrdom due to explosion of an IED planted by miscreants here on Friday (10th of Feb 2023).

According to ISPR : “Based on credible intelligence, a sanitization operation was initiated on 10th Feb in the Kohlu area of Balochistan to deny terrorists any liberty of action.

“During the ensuing sanitization of the area an IED exploded close to the leading party.

“Resultantly, two officers embraced martyrdom and laid their lives in defense of the motherland against an externally perpetrated threat.”

RAWALPINDI: A large number of mourners attended the Namaz-e-Janaza of Major Muhammad Jawad Shaheed and Captain Sagheer Abbas Shaheed that were offered here and Kot Addu respectively. Following which the two slain officers were buried with full protocol.
