KSE-100 index gains 729.49 points on the second last day of a bullish week!

KARACHI:  The bourse remained in the green on the second last day of trading week as Benchmark KSE-100 index gained 729.49 points today.  

Of the companies that traded, stocks of 17 remained unchanged, 182 appreciated while 219 declined.

Chemical Companies and Commercial Banks were at the forefront today. Top five leaders were: Power Cement, 123.95m shares (+35.29pc); Bank of Punjab, 90.94m shares (+24.67pc); Lotte Chemicals, 36.2m shares (-6.41pc); Power Cement, 14.49m shares (+4.93pc); K-Electric Ltd, 11.14m shares (+0.64pc).
