KARACHI: According to unofficial results Murtaza Wahab, PPP-P’s Mayor of the Port City, secured 3976 votes in the Local Bodies elections held for 21 seats in 14 districts of the Province on Sunday (5th of November, 2023) to win the UC Chairman seat from the Metropolis’ Saddar Town Area.
PPP-P’s another jiala Salman Murad, Deputy Mayor of Karachi too won UC Chairman’s seat from Malir District bagging 4,717 votes. Saifullah Noor of PPP-P got 5466 votes to win the seat of Mauripur Town’s Chairman UC-3. PPP’s Saifullah Noor was elected as chairman by securing 5,466 votes from UC-3 of Mauripur town.
