SUKKUR: Police here has arrested a mentally retarded man who allegedly killed his wife, four daughters, three sons, daughter-in-law, a grandson and a granddaughter here in the Pano Aqil area.
DIG Sukkur Fida Hussain Mastoi while talking to NPTV has informed that said that according to initial investigations the maniac has cut the throats of victims’ with a knife during night as they were sleeping.
He further told that the accused was mentally unstable and was earlier under treatment in a medical facility.
