ISLAMABAD: PM Shehbaz Sharif, here at the PM House on Wednesday (4th September, 2024), awarded Rs. 25 lakhs for his bravery on behalf of the Govt of Pakistan to Mohibullah, the excavator operator who risked his own life last month to rescue seven members of a family trapped in a car in the Kolk River flash flood in Qila Abdullah from drowning.
PM, lauded the bravery of Mohibullah and stated: “The whole nation, including me, feels proud of you… You are a nation’s hero as you showed the courage to save human lives.” PM also announced free health facilities for Mohibullah’s family and free education to his children up to university level.
