NAB approves inquiry against Shehbaz Sharif in another case

ISLAMABAD: Another problem emerged for Leader of Opposition in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif as the National Accountability Bureau approved another inquiry against him.

The inquiry will be held over allegations of illegal allotment of Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) land.

The approval to initiate the inquiry was given in the executive board meeting chaired by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Justice (Retired) Javed Iqbal.

During the meeting, the board also took other decisions including filing a corruption reference against former Balochistan chief minister Nawab Aslam Raisani, reference against Dr Amjad in a fraud of Rs25 billion in the name of the Eden Housing Society.
