LAHORE: Chief of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman, while speaking to the journalists at a Presser held here on Sunday 21st of March, has announced that PDM workers would accompany Maryam Nawaz during her hearing at NAB on 26th of March.
Following a meeting held at Jati Umra with PML-N leadership, he held: “The reasons stated for the hearing have actually unveiled the true face of NAB. We have always held the stance that it is an authority that doesn’t act on its own..During the hearing on 26th March, millions of workers of PDM will be there with Maryam,” he claimed.
Pointing towards augmenting inflation Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman stated that the masses were suppressed as Pakistan had been made to obey IMF’s orders. Furthermore, Commenting on the recent refusal by PPP-P regarding resignation from parliaments, he said that PPP-P should respect PDM decisions.
To a question regarding the Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) stance, the PDM chief said that the PPP should respect the decision of the nine other parties of the alliance.
