NAB arrests Iqbal Z. Ahmed in LNG scandal

LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi team has today arrested Iqbal Z. Ahmed in the LNG scandal.

According to media reports, Ahmed, who is Chairman &. Co founder of Associate Group and CEO M/S JJVL & M/ s Lub Gas pvt Ltd, was arrested by the corruption watchdog today from his office at Mall Road  here following the allegations of money laundering during the tenure of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz government.

According to NAB sources, Iqbal Z. Ahmed had been involved in money laundering of amount of over Rs3 billion.
