NAB summons JUI-F chief’s son-in-law, illegal assets case

PESHAWAR: JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman’s Simon-law Fyaaz Ali  has been summoned by NAB (KP) on 28th of Jan to be grilled apropos case against him for allegedly having assets beyond means.

By means of a call-up notice Fayaz Ali has been ordered to appear before a combined investigation team (CIT) at the bureau’s regional office here to record his statement.

Fayaz Ali has further been warned that in case he failed to appear, penal action would be taken against him under 1999 NAO.
