“Nawaz not honest anymore, he shouldn’t head the party”: Farooq Sattar

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) Head Farooq Sattar has said that the deposed PM [Nawaz Sharif] shouldn’t head the party as he’s no more ‘honest’.

“If any of our lawmakers have supported the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in making this possible, we will take action against them,” he told reporters outside an anti-terrorism court here today.

His remarks came after the government succeeded on Friday in amending the Political Parties Order and paving a way for Nawaz to once again take the helm of the PML-N.
