ISLAMABAD: Below mentioned nine ‘hardcore terrorists’ – who have been tried and convicted by military courts – will be hanged to death as the COAS has signed their death warrants:

1) Bakht Wali s/o Amal Khan: This active member of Laskhare-Islam (LI) was involved in attacking armed forces of Pakistan which resulted in the death of Sepoy Muhammad Zeeshan.

2) Fazl-e-Haq s/o Shahdad: This active member of Tehreeke-Talibaan Pakistan (TTP) was convicted of killing a police constable Saif-ur-Rahman, kidnapping and cutting off hands of four police officials, killing of a civilian Abdul Wahab.

3) Fazal Rehman s/o Fazal Karim: This active member of TTP was involved in attacking LEAs and armed forces of Pakistan that resulted in death of Major Tasmeur-Rahman, Sepoy Mugadar Khan, Sepoy Naseem Iqbal and injuries to several soldiers.

4) Javed Khan s/o Faqeer Gul: This active member of TTP was convicted of killing civilians, attacking LEAs and armed forces of Pakistan. He killed a civilian Raheem Ullah, Sepoy Naseer Ahmed and Sepoy Bacha Hasan. He was also involved in slaughtering of Havaldar Hazrat Ghani.

5) Rahmat s/o Ismail Khan: This active member of  LI was involved in attacking LEAs and armed forces of Pakistan that resulted  in death of Hawaldar Wali, Sepoy Matti, Lance Naik Ismail and injuries to Lieutenant Abbas of FC and several other soldiers.

6) Nazeer Ahmed s/o Allahdad: This active member of TTP was involved in attacking LEAs which resulted in death of Head Constable Muhammad Yousaf and injuries to a police official.

7) Sajid s/o Ibrahim Khan: This active member of TTP was involved in firing on a PIA plane landing on Peshawar Airport which resulted in death of a woman and injuries to two other passengers. He was also involved in killing of civilians and attacking LEAs that resulted in death of Pir Israr and his eight family members, a civilian Niaz Gul, ASI Sajid Khan and injuries to several other civilians and police officials.

8) Zahid Khan s/o Kitab Shah: This  active member of LI was involved in attacking armed forces of Pakistan and LEAs which resulted in death of Hawaldar Noor Mast, Naik Shabir, Naik Farman, Sepoy Humayun, Seopy Fakhar Alam, Sepoy Ismail of Frontier Constabulary (FC) and injuries to several soldiers.

9) Umar Saeed s/o Hazrat Saeed: This active member of TTP was involved in attacking LEAs which resulted in death of Naib Subedar Hassan Faraz, Lance Naik Ruban Ali, Sepoy Badri Zaman, Seopy Gul Wazir, ASI Noor Zaman and injuries to several soldiers.
