KARACHI: Karachi University (KU)’s Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammad Ajmal Khan has refuted the reports that a ‘highly qualified terrorist network’ is operating from the varsity.
Speaking at a press conference, Dr. Khan stressed that the administration was yet to make a decision regarding handing over students’ data to intelligence agencies.
“There is no terrorist wing in KU. We are standing by the side of law enforcement agencies but no decisions have been taken regarding handing over students’ data to intelligence agencies and demanding character certificates,” he said.
