Buzdar : No-Trust Motion submitted

LAHORE: A No-Trust-Motion has been submitted against CM Punjab Usman Buzdar at the Assembly Secretariat here on Monday (28th of March, 2022) by the MPAs of PPP-P and PML-N in which the Speaker Ch. Pervez Elahi has been requested to summon a session.

Requisition of Punjab Assembly Session While the No-Trust Motion has been signed by 127 MPAs, the requisition for summoning an assembly session over the motion was signed by 120 MPAs stating: “The MPAs enumerated in the attached two separate lists of PML-N and PPP duly singed by themselves request your honor to summon session of the provincial assembly of the Punjab under Article 154 (3) read with Article 127 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to consider the notice of Resolution of No Confidence against the Chief Minister of the Punjab Sardar Usman Ahmad Khan Buzdar.”

Commenting on the development, Usman Buzdar claimed that the Govt had enough seats to beat the No-Confidence-Resolution. He went on to blame the Opposition of creating chaos that suited the enemies of the country.
