NPTV Brand Envoy Amir Khan to fight Kell Brook in 2020

BOLTON: NPTV Brand Ambassador World Boxing Champion Amir Khan is in talks to set up a fight with Kell Brook in the first quarter of 2020.

Amir Khan 32 and his Welterweight rival Kell Brook 33, earlier failed to agree terms but now after promoter Eddie Hearn’s involvement the two are firmly in talks.

Amir Khan while terming the fight as a great idea stated: “We are both similar age, I think it’s a fight that we’ve been trying to make for a very long time and I think it’s getting very close to it now.

“We are in talks with Eddie and Kell’s team so hopefully we can make that fight happen. Its a fight that the public want, it’s a massive fight in Britain, so let make it happen.”

JEDDAH: With a lightening barrage of punches and a left hook as finale Newspakistan.tv Brand Ambassador Amir Khan had floored Australian Billy Dip here at King Abdullah Sports City last night to claim WBC international welterweight title and seven million British Pound Sterling. 

Amir Khan was furious because he wanted to bounce back from his defeat by WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford in April. 

It is pertinent to mention here that Khan was scheduled to fight Neeraj Goyat but he withdrew being injured in a car crash.

Then Dib took the fight in June. Commenting on the fight he said it was his real-life Rocky moment but he was unable to cope with Khan’s speed and power.

After the fight, Khan said he wanted to face former four-weight world champion Manny Pacquiao next.
