Opposition alliance has no moral value, worth: Shafqat

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shafqat Mehmood today said the opposition’s alliance had no moral value or worth and it was temporary because it had no common target.
Talking to a private news channel, he said the opposition’s alliance would be weakened automatically with the passage of time when PTI government would deliver good governance as per desires of people.
The PTI leader hoped that all the political parties would support the PTI’s legislation which would be made in the larger interest of the country.
Replying to a question, he said PTI leadership including Imran Khan would appear before the courts if called because we want supremacy of the law throughout the country without any discrimination.
He said PTI would restore the sanctity and respect of the Parliament and Imran Khan would give answers to the questions regarding different ministries before the Parliament for one hour in every week.
To another query, he said a national commission would be constituted with different experts who had expertise in their own professions.
