‘Pak Army will leave no stone unturned to defend motherland,’ COAS on Indian ceasefire violations

RAWALPINDI: Chairing the 199th Corps Commanders’ conference here today, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that Pakistan army will continue to respond effectively to the Indian violations on the Line of Control (LOC).

“Pak Army will leave no stone unturned to defend motherland,” he said, responding to ceasefire violations on LoC by Indian forces.

General Bajwa said defense of the country has now become invincible due to excellent team work of Pakistan Army.

“Pakistan army has always upheld the proud tradition of leading from the front, regardless of the cost,” he said, “unprovoked ceasefire violations by India along the Line of Control and Working boundary is a threat to regional stability.”

The COAS expressed his resolve that anti-terrorism operations will continue till achievement of desired results.

The meeting also condemned recent terrorist incidents in Afghanistan and expressed solidarity with Afghan people and their security forces.
