ISLAMABAD: Nawaf Saeed Al-Malki, the Saudi envoy at this diplomatic post, has informed that Pakistan will be getting the first tranche of $3b in a few days.

It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistani Prime Minister recently met Saudi King in order to persuade him to provide deferred payment facility for the import of oil worth $3b and an aid of $3b to address balance-of-payments crisis Pakistan is currently facing.

Ambassador Malki has informed that Saudi companies wanted to invest six to eight billion dollars in order to facilitate projects regarding the establishment of an oil refinery here.
