Pakistan Travel Mart: Special packages launched for Pak tourists by Tourism Malaysia!

KARACHI: Director General, Tourism Malaysia, Datuk Sri Mirza Mohammad Taiyab has stated on the occasion of Pakistan Expo Mart: “We welcome all our Pakistani friends to visit Malaysia and experience lush green forests, crystal clear beaches, internal standard theme parks and amazing shopping experience.

“For those who have already visited Malaysia in the past, they can explore other parts Malaysia such as the beautiful east cost, Pangkor Island, City of Ipoh and  Johor Bahru”. 

He was addressing the audience converged here at Malaysia booth giving details of the packages targeting families. 

Tourism Malaysia also participated in the Tourism Conference by sharing their success story about promoting Malaysia as a tourist destination all the around the world over the years.

Speaking at a Networking Dinner hosted by Tourism Malaysia for the top tour operators in Karachi, Datuk Seri Mirza held: “This is certainly a special event for us both.

“For you, it is the inaugural year for the Pakistani Travel Mart, and for us, it marks our first year of participation. My fellow delegates and I are excited to be here, and we hope that this marks the start of a new annual tradition. 

“This year I am delighted to lead the Malaysian delegation which is represented by 17 organisations consisting of travel agents, tourism product owners, hoteliers, Malindo Airlines, Islamic Tourism Centre, as well as senior officials and colleagues from Tourism Malaysia.

“This is a small but formidable team, and we look forward to working with you, and welcoming more Pakistani tourists to Malaysia in the coming years.”
