PCB Chairman says Misbahul Haq to retire after WI series

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shaharyar Khan has opened up about skipper Misbahul Haq’s retirement saying that West Indies series will be his final Test series.

“He [Misbah] is a legend,” Shaharyar said during an informal talk with the media “The board will not forget his efforts for the team.”

Misbah, 42, faced criticism from former senior players after Pakistan lost six consecutive Test matches against West Indies, New Zealand and Australia.
