ISLAMABAD: Petrol price has been augmented by Rs. 4.53 per liter for the next 15 days. The new price will be effective from Tuesday (16th April, 2024).
According to GoP’s Finance Division: “The prices of Petroleum products have seen an increasing trend in the international market during the last fortnight. OGRA has worked out the consumer prices, based on the price variations in the international market.”

After augmentation, citoyens who are already suffering from inflation, will get a liter of Petrol for Rs. 293.94 (instead Rs. 289.41/L).
High Speed Diesel (HSD), following an increase of Rs. 8.14/L, will be available for Rs. 290.38/L (instead of Rs. 282.24/L). A liter of light diesel will cost Rs. 174.34 for the next 15 days.
Price of Kerosene oil has also been hiked by Rs. 6.69 per liter. Till the end of this month the consumers will get Kerosene oil for Rs. 193.8/L.
