ISLAMABAD: Government of Pakistan, after reviewing the Ogra recommendations, yet again dropped a petrol bomb on citoyens of this country, by hiking the prices of Petroleum.

Citing the geopolitical state-of-affairs in the ME due to Iran-US animosity (with a possibility of the closure of Strait of Hormuz), Ministry of Energy has augmented the prices of petroleum products from 16th Feb for a fortnight.
Till the end of of this month Petrol will be available for Rs258.17/liter after a hike of Rs. 5/liter. Pakistanis will have to pay Rs. 275.70 to get a liter of High Speed Diesel (HSD) following an augmentation of Rs. 7.32/liter.
