MUSCAT: Delegation of Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (PFUJ), that is attending the 31st World Congress of the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) being held here from 31st of May till 3rd of June, 2022, called on Dr. Imran Ali Chaudhry, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman at the the diplomatic post.
The Pakistani Ambassador, warmly welcomed the PFUJ delegation comprising of G. M. Jamali (President), Shehr Bano (Vice President), Jamil Mirza (Finance Secretary), Ehtesham-ul-Haq (Secretary Information) and Shakeel Ahmed (President Rawalpindi Islamabad Union of Journalists).
Ambassador Dr. Imran Ali Chaudhry appreciated the PFUJ delegation’s endeavors during the 31st World Congress of International Federation of Journalists apropos highlighting the urgency of ensuring Freedom of the Press and Basic Human Rights in Palestine and Occupied Kashmir.
Dr. Imran Ali Chaudhry, while pointing towards extraordinary investment opportunities for Oman in CPEC, noted the importance of transforming the idea into reality. Ambassador called for further enhancing the cordial relations between the two brotherly Islamic countries.
