ISLAMABAD: A couple of days before polls the caretaker government had decided on Tuesday (6th of Feb, 2024) to divide PIA into two entities: TopCo and HoldCo.
According to details the TopCo will be handling basic operations (engineering, ground handling, flight kitchen and training) whereas, HoldCo will take care of Precision Engineering Complex, PIA Investment Limited, subordinate departments and properties.
