Pizza Parcels (RAMAZAN SPECIAL BY CUISINE EXPERT AMBER INAM)

Ingredients for Dough:

2 cups White Flour

2 tbsps Instant Yeast

1 tbsp Sugar

2 tbsps Oil

1 cup Luke Warm Water

¼ tsp Salt

Method:

Mix all the above ingredients and knead soft dough. Set aside to rise for 40 minutes

Ingredients for Filing:

1 cup Chicken Tikka Chunks

½-cup Pizza Sauce

2 tbsps Capsicum (chopped)

2 tbsps Tomatoes (chopped)

2 tbsps Onion (chopped)

2 tbsps Olives (chopped)

1-cup Mozzarella Cheese

1 Egg

Oregano as required

Method:

  • Roll down the dough and cut medium shape strips of it.

  • Apply pizza sauce on the bottom of one strip and add chicken chunks and cheese.

  • Fold with the remaining middle part. On top of it add some tomatoes, onions, capsicums and cheese and sprinkle some oregano.

  • Now cover with the remaining part of the dough. In the end apply egg all over the parcel and top with more veggies and cheese.

  • Repeat the process to make the rest.

  • Preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius and bake those for 12 minutes. Pizza Parcels are ready!
