ISLAMABAD: PM Imran Khan took to the Twitter to ‘appreciate’ ICJ’s decision on Kulbhushan Jadhav’s case.  “Appreciate ICJ’s decision not to acquit, release and return Commander Kulbushan Jadhav to India.
