PM Imran Khan reaches Moscow

MOSCOW: PM Imran Khan, who arrived here on a two-day official visit of Russian has been received at airport by Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov.

According to details the President Putin and PM Imran Khan will exchange views on global as well as regional issues of mutual interest. Special focus will be on bilateral cooperation particularly in the energy sector. Issues such as Islamophobia and state-of-affairs in Afghanistan are also in the agenda.

Grasping at the opportunity PM Imran Khan and his delegation will meet Russian entrepreneurs. Federal Ministers Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, Asad Umar and Hammad Azhar, Commerce Advisor Abdul Razak Dawood, National Security Advisor Moeed Yusuf and MNA Amir Mahmood Kiani will represent Pakistan side alongwith the PM.

Deputy FM of Russia Igor Morgulov welcomed the PMMOSCOW: Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov received PM Imran Khan. This happens to be the first visit of a Pakistani Prime Minister after twenty years hiatus.
