PM meets Sec. Gen of OIC

JEDDAH: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif along with his delegation met Secretary General of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Hissein Ibrahim Taha here on Saturday (30th of April, 2022). 

The duo discussed issues pertaining to the augmentation of cooperation among Islamic countries and state of affairs apropos regional law and order.

Shehbaz Sharif, while urging the OIC chief to see that the efforts were accelerated to globally contain the specter of Islamophobia, also invited him to visit Pakistan which he accepted.

OIC Secretary General Hissein Ibrahim Taha expressed his resolve to work closely with Pakistan on issues that are significant for the Muslim Ummah.
