PML-N’s Sanaullah Zehri elected as Balochistan Chief Minister

QUETTA: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) chief and senior lawmaker Nawab Sanaullah Zehri has been elected as new Chief Minister(CM) of Balochistan.

Sanaullah Zehri became second unopposed chief minister of Balochistan as none of other Member Provincial Assembly has submitted the nomination papers.

According to a statement Zehri will take oath as Balcohsitan Chief Minister at 4:00pm today (Thursday).

Dr Abdul Malik had on Wednesday resigned to implement an agreement between the ruling coalition,PML-N, PkMAP and National Party (NP), in Balochistan.

Earlier, Dr Abdul Malik Baloch was elected unopposed to the position of Chief Minister Balochistan in June 2013.
