Post-knife attacks scenario: KU orders students, staff to enter varsity premises ‘without helmets’

KARACHI: In the wake of recent knife attacks in the city by a helmet-wearing motorcyclist, the University of Karachi (KU) administration has prohibited wearing of helmet by students and staff within its premises.

The serial stabber has stabbed 11 women in as many days, as police remain clueless regarding identity and motive of the lone assailant.

Chief Minister of Sindh has also announced a Rs0.5m reward for information about the serial attacker.
